The user can add guidelines and further details to their contest then review entries. They select a winner, who receives the award. The website is intended to help users find company names, taglines, slogans, viral marketing services, viral videos, website testing, usability testing, article writing, SEO analysis, website design and logos. The amount required depends on which item the user is looking for. Users can also browse current contests. The contest page includes the title, description, current number of entries submitted, prize amount and contest status. The user can submit an entry, add a contest to their watch list or sort current entries by name, rating, who submitted them or date submitted.

After selecting the type and clicking the small orange “Continue” button in the lower, right hand corner, the user is asked to choose their package. Next the user can add listing promotions, such as bold text or a featured listing. After that the user is asked to provide a contest title, category, duration and a detailed brief.
Users who would like to submit entries to contests can click the black “Sign Up” button in the upper, right hand corner of the website. A blue button is also available for users who prefer to register through Facebook. A pop up box appears asking the user for a first and last name, screen name, email address and password.

The cost of Squad Help depends entirely on the user’s budget and what type of service they need. Most start at around $50 to $60. This will set a specific quantity on entries. For example, the Budget package for naming projects begins at around $50 and includes over 100 names. The user can upgrade to a Premium package for around $100. Doing so will increase the total to over 200 potential names. The amount is determined by which package the user selects and what type of item they want. A custom package option is also available so users can select their own prize amount.
